Rats and mice can get indoors, damaging your property, contaminating your food, and transmitting disease. The reason
they come into your home is to have access to food, water and shelter.
Rodent-proofing your home is a vital
part of a complete rodent control program.
Exclusion
Our technicians are experienced in locating
and sealing openings which may serve as entry points for rodents. We only use quality materials that have been proven to stand
the test of time.
Trapping
After the exclusion work has been completed, traps are placed
in safe locations to remove any rodents that are currently living in your home.
This exclusion service
is a one-time fee that is agreed upon before the work begins, and covers the cost of the inspection, repairs, materials, and
subsequent visits to empty and reset the traps.
Baits are a poor choice to control rodents in your attic (or any
part of the structure) because you cannot control where the rodents will die. If they die in an attic or wall, you will experience
a foul odor while the rodent bodies decompose.
Bait Stations
If rodents are living in your
yard, but are not inside your home, bait stations may be a good choice to reduce the rodent population around your property.
Our bait stations are tamper-resistant devices that securely hold rodent bait inside so your pets and/or children don’t
have access to it. After inspecting the property, our technician will recommend and provide the appropriate number of bait
stations needed. For an additional fee, periodic return visits to inspect and replenish the bait can be scheduled. This fee
is based upon the number of bait stations required for your particular property.
